I am a Research Director at INRAE and the scientific coordinator of Oqali (Observatory of Food Quality), which monitors the nutritional quality of food products in mainland France. As an empirical econometrician, my research focuses on analyzing the determinants of consumer choices and firm strategies (such as pricing and product formulation), and on evaluating public policies related to food, health, and the environment (e.g., taxation, labeling).

My work is multidisciplinary, conducted in collaboration with food experts, nutritionists, and sociologists, with the aim of contributing to a better understanding of public health and sustainability challenges.
