Presentation

After 2 years as member of the Food Observatory (Oqali), I managed this dispositive from 2017 to the end of 2024, in collaboration with Anses (French agency for food, environmental and occupational health and safety). I have thus led and participated in numerous studies on the evolution of food quality supply, in terms of nutritional composition and labelling, as well as on Nutri-Score deployment from 2017.
Since 2025, I’m focused on research projects relating to reformulation of processed food, Nutri-Score, or food consumption.
