Presentation

I am a research fellow at the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food, and Environment (INRAE), working within the Paris-Saclay Applied Economics (PSAE) unit. My research lies at the intersection of applied microeconomics and public policy, with a particular focus on environmental economics, agricultural economics, and industrial organization. A significant part of my work examines how quality signals operate in food markets, shaping consumer behavior, market structures, and regulatory outcomes.

In recent years, my interests have broadened to include the determinants of diet quality, the economic drivers and consequences of pesticide use in agriculture, and the impacts of climate change on food systems.

Research topics

  • Quality signals in food markets

  • Environmental policies, pesticides, and climate

  • Economic determinants of diet quality
