This study day is organized by Raja Chakir (PSAE, INRAE) and Emilien Veron(PSAE, AgroParisTech) as part of the European LAMASUS project and the French case study on the links between  hedgerow conservation and agricultural practices. The aim of this study day is to offer a cross-cutting perspective on agricultural hedgerows by bringing together researchers, field practitioners, and public policymakers. It will address recent research advances, hedgerow management practices, their role in public policies, and the ecosystem services they provide, particularly with regard to biodiversity and climate. The day will conclude with a session for discussion and reflection on future directions for hedgerow policies.
