Emilien Veron is a lecturer at AgroParisTech and a researcher at INRAE-PSAE.
He received the BioRévélations 2025 special thesis prize, awarded by the Organic Farming Chair of the Bordeaux University Foundation.
His thesis is entitled “Incentives and spatial heterogeneity in the development of organic farming.” It contributes to the literature on the determinants of conversion to organic farming, specifically exploring the role of spatial heterogeneity (territorial disparities) in the development of organic farming.
